Cancellation Policy
a 50% CANCELLATION fee will be charged for any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, as it’s very difficult to get a spot filled in such a short amount of time. i understand things come up and i try to be understanding, however this is my full time job and only source of income. please let me know at least a day before your appointment if you’re unable to make it. i have a 15 min LATE policy as well. after 15 mins your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the full amount of your total service. anyone who NO SHOWS will be charged the full 100% as well. i do not offer refunds on services, as my time and products were used. thank you for your cooperation🤍
